Preparation

Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and halve larger ones for easier blending.

Peel the bananas and cut into thicker slices so they blend more easily.

Measure the plain yogurt and milk, and have the honey and lemon juice ready.
Blending

Place the strawberries and banana in the blender, add the plain yogurt and milk.

Add honey and lemon juice, and optionally a few ice cubes for extra refreshment.

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Serving

Taste and, if needed, adjust the thickness by adding milk or sweetness with honey.

Pour the smoothie into four glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.
More tips:
Use frozen strawberries out of season. the smoothie will be thicker and ice won't be necessary.
For a vegan version, replace the yogurt and milk with plant-based alternatives and sweeten with maple syrup.
