Step by step process

Preparation

    Wash the strawberries and raspberries, remove the strawberry stems, and let them drain.

    Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Prepare the yogurt, milk, and honey.

    Prepare the blender and chill the glasses if you want to serve it extra cold.

Blending

    Place the strawberries, raspberries, and bananas in the blender, add the yogurt, honey, and half of the milk, then blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.

    Check the consistency and add the remaining milk if needed. Blend briefly to combine.

    Add ice cubes and pulse briefly so the smoothie cools down while staying creamy.

Serving

    Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.

More tips:

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk, and replace the honey with maple syrup.

Freeze sliced banana or some of the strawberries in advance for a thicker, colder smoothie.
