Preparation

    Wash the strawberries in cold water, remove the stems, and cut them into smaller pieces for easier blending.

    Insert the straw under the strawberry's green top and push it through. This quickly removes the green tops without damaging the fruit. As a result, the strawberries are ready to eat immediately and stay intact.

    Prepare the milk and vanilla ice cream, measure the required amounts, and chill the glasses in advance.

Blending

    Place the strawberries in the blender, pour in the milk, and add the vanilla ice cream. For extra chill, optionally add ice cubes.

    Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy with no pieces of fruit.

    Taste and sweeten with honey to your preference. If the shake is too thick, add a little milk. if too thin, add more ice cream.

Serving

    Pour the shake into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a mint leaf.

More tips:

You can use frozen strawberries. the shake will be thicker and extra cold-adjust the milk as needed.

Replace part of the milk with plain yogurt for a slightly tangier, fuller flavor.
