Sea Salt

Mořská sůl

Sea salt is produced by evaporating seawater and is one of the most natural forms of salt available. Unlike refined table salt, it retains trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium, which give it a more complex flavour. It is used to season dishes during cooking as well as for finishing touches directly on the plate. Coarse sea salt is popular for preparing meat, fish and vegetables, while fine sea salt works well in baking and everyday cooking. Thanks to its origin and minimal processing, it is widely regarded as a premium alternative to regular table salt.
