Koriandr - mletý

Ground coriander is made by milling the dried seeds of Coriandrum sativum. It has a warm, gentle aroma with subtle citrus and nutty notes, quite different from the fresh leaves of the same plant. In the kitchen, it works as a versatile spice suitable for marinades, sauces, soups, and roasted meats. It is an essential component of curry blends, ras el hanout, and many other spice mixes.
