Coffee extract

Coffee extract is a concentrated liquid with intense coffee flavor and aroma, obtained by steeping or extracting roasted coffee. It is used in confectionery and baking to flavor creams, batters, mousses, glazes, ice cream, tiramisu, and coffee desserts, delivering bold coffee taste without adding liquid coffee and changing the consistency. It is dosed by the teaspoon, a small amount goes a long way. Store in a cool, dark place.
