Chocolate Ice Cream

Chocolate ice cream is one of the most popular frozen desserts in the world. It is made from a milk or cream base enriched with cocoa powder or melted chocolate, giving it a characteristic bittersweet flavour. Premium varieties contain a higher proportion of cocoa or dark chocolate, resulting in a more intense and complex taste.
