Chill the tomato juice and glasses, prepare ice, and wash the celery stalk and lemon. Cut the lemon in half, juice about 40 ml using a citrus juicer, and slice wedges from the remaining half for garnish.

Fill four tall glasses with ice almost to the brim so the cocktail stays well chilled and cold for longer after pouring.
TIP:Chill the glass in the refrigerator or freezer before preparing the drink and fill it with ice almost to the top. This way, the drink stays cold and refreshing for a long time.
Mixing

In a larger container or pitcher, measure out the vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice. Add the Worcestershire sauce and, for extra bite, grated horseradish to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Gradually season with salt, freshly ground pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco. Stir and taste to ensure the level of spiciness and saltiness matches your preference.
