Grapeseed oil
Grapeseed oil is pressed from grape seeds, often as a byproduct of winemaking. It has a very mild, nearly neutral flavor that does not overpower other ingredients. It features a high smoke point of around two hundred and sixteen degrees Celsius, making it suitable for frying and sautéing. Thanks to its neutrality, it is a popular base for marinades, dressings, and mayonnaises, allowing other flavors to shine through. Grapeseed oil has a light consistency and does not leave a greasy residue. It contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, along with vitamin E. It is a great all-purpose oil for everyday cooking and kitchen use.
