Hroznový mošt

Grape juice is a fresh, non-alcoholic juice obtained by pressing wine grapes. It retains the natural sugars, vitamins and antioxidants found in grapes, without undergoing the fermentation process that would turn it into wine. In the kitchen, it is used as a base for sauces, glazes for meat, salad dressings or as a natural sweetener in desserts and baked goods. It is also enjoyed as a refreshing drink on its own. Dark grape juice is particularly rich in polyphenols and resveratrol. It is available pasteurised in bottles or can be prepared at home from fresh grapes.
