Soy milk - plant-based alternative

Soy milk is a plant-based beverage made from soaked and blended soybeans. The mixture is boiled and strained to produce a creamy white drink. It has been consumed in Asia for centuries. Soy milk contains approximately 3 g of protein per 100 ml and is naturally lactose-free. It is used in coffee, smoothies, desserts, and is the primary ingredient for making tofu.
