Potato Pancake - Traditional Czech Bramborák

Potato pancake (known in Czech as bramborák, cmunda or vošouch) is one of the oldest Czech dishes. It is prepared from grated raw potatoes mixed with eggs, flour, garlic, and marjoram, which is the key seasoning. The mixture is fried in a pan with fat until golden on both sides. It is served hot, often with sauerkraut or as a side dish with meat.
