Mulberry - sweet fruits of an ancient tree

Mulberries are small fruits of the mulberry tree resembling blackberries. Three main species exist: white, red, and black mulberry. Rich in vitamin C, iron, potassium, and antioxidants. Eaten fresh, dried, in jams, syrups, and desserts. White mulberry leaves are the food source for silkworms.
