Curacao is a Caribbean orange liqueur from the island of Curacao. Made from the peel of bitter oranges of the laraha variety. The most famous is Blue Curacao, but orange and clear variants also exist. Used in cocktails like Blue Lagoon and Mai Tai and in pastry.
