Rozhuda - traditional Czech curd cheese spread

Rozhuda is a traditional Czech savoury curd cheese spread. Curd cheese is blended with butter or milk or cream, then grated onion or chives, sweet ground paprika, and salt are added, sometimes caraway or mustard. Spread on bread or pastry, this dish is especially popular in southern Bohemia and the Vysocina region. Not a pastry, it serves as a spread.
