Pozole - traditional Mexican corn soup

Pozole is a traditional Mexican soup with roots going back to the Aztecs. Its base is hominy, specially processed corn, cooked with pork or chicken in a broth with chilli and oregano.

There are three variants: pozole rojo with red sauce, pozole verde with green, and pozole blanco without chilli sauce. It is served with radish, shredded cabbage and lime.
