Pork cracklings (Czech: výpek) are crispy pieces of meat and fat remaining after rendering pork lard. A traditional product of Czech and Moravian cuisine. Used in bread, spreads, dumplings, or sauerkraut. Traditionally prepared during pig slaughter feasts.
