Peking Duck, Icon of Chinese Cuisine

Peking duck is considered one of the most famous dishes of Chinese cuisine. Its preparation requires a meticulous process, the duck is inflated with air, blanched in honey, and left to dry before being slowly roasted in an oven until the skin is perfectly crispy.

It is traditionally served in three courses, crispy skin with sugar, meat in pancakes with hoisin sauce, and bone broth soup. Its history dates back to the imperial era of the Ming dynasty.
