Parma ham (Prosciutto di Parma) is a premium Italian dry-cured ham made from pork leg. Produced exclusively in the province of Parma. Salted with sea salt and dried for a minimum of 12 months, often 18 to 24 months. Has a delicate, sweet-salty flavour and silky texture. Served in thin slices.
