Okonomiyaki - Japanese savory pancake
Okonomiyaki literally means grill what you like. The base is a batter of flour, eggs, and cabbage with any toppings such as meat, shrimp, or cheese.
There are two styles: Osaka (everything mixed together) and Hiroshima (layered with noodles). It is topped with brown sauce, mayonnaise, nori, and bonito flakes.
