Kimbap - Korean rice rolls

Kimbap are Korean rolls wrapped in toasted nori seaweed. The rice is seasoned with sesame oil and salt rather than vinegar, and the fillings are always cooked - unlike sushi.

Typical fillings include spinach, danmuji (radish), carrot, omelette and meat. Miniature mayak gimbap (addictive gimbap) is a popular street food.
