Kefta Tagine - meatballs with eggs

Kefta tagine is a beloved home-cooked dish. Meatballs seasoned with cumin, paprika, and coriander are simmered in tomato sauce in a clay tagine pot.

Near the end of cooking, eggs are cracked into the sauce and allowed to set. Served straight from the tagine with khobz bread for scooping up the sauce.
