Judas bread - traditional Czech Easter pastry

Judas bread is a traditional Czech Easter pastry from yeast dough, shaped into a rope or loop. Named after the biblical Judas, baked on Maundy Thursday. The dough is made from flour, milk, sugar, butter, and yeast. After baking, brushed with honey or plum butter and sprinkled with poppy seeds.
