Jjajangmyeon - black bean sauce noodles
Jjajangmyeon are noodles with a thick black bean sauce (chunjang) containing pork, onion and courgette. It is a Korean adaptation of the Chinese zhajiangmian.
It is associated with Black Day (April 14th), when single Koreans eat these noodles. Served with pickled radish danmuji, it is the most ordered delivery food in the country.
