Hraška - Slovak sheep cheese

Hraška is a traditional Slovak cheese made from sheep milk in the shape of small balls. It is produced by pressing fresh sheep curd into moulds and then drying. It has a pronounced salty taste with typical sheep milk aroma. Used as a snack with beer and wine or in salads. It is a protected regional product.
