Chè - Vietnamese sweet desserts
Chè is the collective name for dozens of Vietnamese sweet desserts that form an important part of the culinary culture. They can be liquid, thick like porridge, or layered in glasses with ice.
The most popular are chè ba màu (three-colour with beans and coconut) and chè chuối (banana with tapioca). Ingredients include mung beans, tapioca pearls, fruit, and coconut milk. They are sold at markets throughout Vietnam.
