Blood sausage is a traditional Czech product made from pork blood, liver, groats, and spices, stuffed into casings. A speciality of the traditional pig slaughter. It has a dark colour and bold flavour with marjoram notes. Prepared by pan-frying or grilling, served with bread, sauerkraut, or mustard.
