Bibimbap - Korean mixed rice

Bibimbap means mixed rice. Colourful strips of namul (seasoned vegetables), meat and a fried egg are arranged on top of rice. Gochujang paste is added and everything is mixed together.

The dolsot bibimbap variant in a sizzling stone bowl creates a crispy rice crust called nurungji. The city of Jeonju offers the most famous version.
