Beluga - the king of caviars

Beluga is the most precious type of caviar from the beluga sturgeon of the Caspian Sea. The caviar features large silvery-gray grains with a delicate, creamy, buttery taste. The beluga sturgeon grows over 5 meters long and produces its first roe after 20 years of life. It is traditionally served on a mother-of-pearl spoon to prevent metal from affecting the taste.
