Becherovka - Czech herbal liqueur

Becherovka is a traditional Czech herbal liqueur produced in Karlovy Vary since 1807. Its secret recipe contains a blend of over 20 herbs and spices macerated in alcohol and aged in oak casks. It features a characteristic cinnamon-clove flavor with a bitter aftertaste. Becherovka is served as a digestif at 6-8 °C and is used in gastronomy for sauces and desserts.
