Bangers and Mash je ikonické britské jídlo. Skládá se z kvalitních vepřových nebo hovězích klobás podávaných na hromadě krémových bramborových kaší a zalitých bohatou cibulovou omáčkou. Přezdívka "bangers" pochází z období obou světových válek, kdy klobásy měly vysoký obsah vody a při smažení na pánvi praskaly.
